2. Eligible Items for Return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned within the same Day of purchase date.
3. Returns Process:

- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
4. Returns for MMG Payments with Pay Down:
- If you made a partial payment (pay down) and no longer require the item, you may request a return.
- Once we receive the item and it meets our return criteria, a refund of 50% of the paid amount will be processed back to your MMG account within 3 business days.
5. Returns for Cash Payment on Delivery:
- For items purchased with cash on delivery and you wish to return the item, please follow the same return process.
- You may be eligible for a refund through bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed within the same business days after receiving the returned item.
6. Non-Eligible Items:
- Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Personal items, or any product that has been used or altered in any way, cannot be returned.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.
